"UPDATE: I wanted to take some time to update my review. After posting, Rachel reached out to me to see how she could assist. After discussing the situation, she went on to research this on her side. She spent a significant amount of time understanding what happened and found a solution. It took time and significant effort on her part, but throughout the process she provided regular updates letting me know what was going on and communicated consistently about what I could expect. I did not expect that level of care and customer service - she went above any beyond to make things right. I am throughly impressed and don't know that other businesses would step up the way she did. I’ve been insured with this company for more than 15 years, but the communication during my recent vehicle change has been concerning. I was initially quoted one premium, then the next month was charged roughly 15% more with no notice. My email inquiry received only an acknowledgement and no follow-up. After calling, I was informed that the first month “was only a quote,” yet I never received any documentation about the increase. If the adjusted price had been disclosed upfront, I would have explored other options. This lack of transparency was disappointing and has shaken my trust in the company."
